PATTAYA, Thailand – February 17, 2015 – Hilton Pattaya led by Khun Montree Sattham, Director of Human Resources recently donates more than 300 used calendars for Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind to support the education.
“To celebrate the 5th year anniversary of the hotel, we have planned for many community projects this year as part of our commitment to serving and enriching the communities where we live, work and travel,” said Montree Sattham “We have started the year with this project; to support the education for the blinds and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our team members, guests as well as corporate clients that helped to collect their used calendars since the end of last year. We have received many positive feedbacks from everyone as they would also like to take part in supporting this humanitarian project”
The School for the Blind utilizes these calendars to make a Braille cards as instructional media for students. In line with the hotel’s commitment to make a difference through community service in Pattaya, Hilton Pattaya’s Blue Energy team will continue to work closely with local organizations to take the lead in both implementing sustainable activities and enhancing corporate social responsibility.
