Fujitsu teams up with Kawasaki Frontale to empower children to become professional footballers through "Football Day with Kawasaki Frontale 2022"
Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Ms. Kanokkamon Laohaburanakit, Managing Director, along with the management team and staf
f, joined hands with Kawasaki Frontale, a Japanese professional football club owned by Fujitsu, to organize the 3rd Fujitsu Football Day with Kawasaki Frontale 2022.
This sport event was held for two days. On November 12, they organized activities and played football with 150 children at Pakkred Home for Boys, Nonthaburi Province, and donated sports equipment, uniforms and educational equipment. Then, on November 13, with Jay Chanathip Songkrasin, along with the players of the Kawasaki Frontale team, they played with students from Thai-Japanese School as well as children of Fujitsu’s employees, customers and business partners at Flick TU artificial grass football field at Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus. These activities received a lot of attention from participants and children.
Ms. Kanokkamon Laohaburanakit, Managing Director of Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said this program in Thailand started five years ago as Kawasaki Frontale collaborated with Fujitsu to carry out activities to promote sports for community, inspire and encourage Thai children to play sports for their good health and enhance their football skills so that they can upgrade to professional and global levels in the future.
At this two-day event, Fujitsu brought in a coach
from Kawasaki Frontale Club to help train children to play football properly and teach some useful techniques.
Fujitsu successfully organized this event thanks to support from customers and business partners in Thailand.
